Final details are discussed with customer. (such as install address, colors, permits, estimated install date, etc…)
Customer Signs Order Form and Pays Down-payment of 10%-40% (depending on building) to initialize building processing.
Customer or customer’s representative is contacted if corrections are necessary.
Order form is accepted by SIRAM METAL BUILDINGS, then becoming an official contract.
Customer waits until building is fully installed, then pays the rest of the sales price.
